- The Representative of Nigeria has introduced to the floor the potential for a party to the dispute bringing in the commander of United Nations Observer Mission Rwanda Uganda
- The Security Council passed this motion inviting the parties to the dispute to speak before the Council
- May 15 1994
- Hutu militia supported by the Rwandan Army as reported by Tutsi refugees
- 2,500 bodies removed from the Kagera River
- Ugandan forces have focused their attacks on the airport
- The airport is controlled by UNAMIR and the RPF
- Hutu extremist military responsible for over 100,000 dead
- The Hutu extremist government has been accused of using humanitarian aid to feed militants who are responsible for the death of the 2 millions Tutsis

- Observer Mission Representative begins to speak, sharing that arms shipments to Rwanda have begun, however no evidence is available at this time
- Delegates have raised concern over the potential involvement of Uganda in regards to arms transport into Rwanda

- Delegates move to bring resolution HSC-8 to the floor. This resolution hopes to establish direct communication to the crisis team present in Rwanda, increase humanitarian and financial aid and promote other avenues for peace
- The body has moved to adopt HSC-8

- The RPF surrounded all of Kigali
- They are trying to find every Tutsis in the country and kill them
- Militia backed by the Rwandan Army butchered refugees in a local church
- The RPF has allowed three planes a day
- The RPF is still worried about the UN assisting the Rwandan Hutu government
- There is a radio program airing messages encouraging civilians to ensure every Tutsi is dead which is operating under a license given by the Rwandan government
- 3:00 AM: “This is textbook ethnic cleansing and you can quote me on this, this is a genocide,” said the Representative of Brazil
- Pakistan will be donating 1,000 soldiers as provided by France
- “We were in the process of establishing peace and the RPF decided to attack”
- Rwandan rejects the idea of calling the crisis a genocide or instance of ethnic cleansing”
