Of course, you’re welcome to book your travel to AMUN any way you wish, but we’re incredibly excited this year to have secured an airline discount with United. If you have any questions or concerns while utilizing the discount, we do ask that you contact United at the number provided as they will be able to assist you. AMUN is not able to assist with booking travel via United.
We also wanted to inform you of an opportunity to utilize discounts through Amtrak. If you are traveling with a group of 15 or less, you can use the Share Fare program. If you have more than 15 individuals in your group, you can use the Group Travel Request. The amount of discount varies, but can include a free chaperone ticket for every 20 people (the Faculty Advisor could possibly travel for free). AMUN is not able to assist with coordinating the Amtrak discounts.
