Commemorative Conference Program and Ad Journal

The deadline for placing an Ad is 1 October.

American Model United Nations International (AMUN) will once again create an Conference Program which will be distributed to all 1,400+ of our Conference participants. Advertisements will be published in the AMUN Conference Program, containing the conference schedule and other pertinent participant information, thus maximizing the exposure of any ads placed in the program.

We hope that a variety of groups, organizations and individuals will consider placing an advertisement in our AMUN Conference Program. You can actively support the education of tomorrow's leaders by contributing in this way to the AMUN International Conference, to be held in Chicago, Illinois from 20-23 , November 2010. Last year's Conference Program is available in PDF format as part of our Final Conference Report.

Your contribution to our Conference Program can highlight your organization's activities and programs, promote your business or a specific program, or just welcome students to the conference on behalf of your organization. Please complete the linked Conference Program Information Form and return it to American Model United Nations, 1212 N. Columbian Avenue, Oak Park, IL 60302.

Submissions made with a check or money order payment may be placed on-line or by mail, but your ad cannot be processed until a check or money order is received.

File Submission is requested in TIFF format. If this is not available, files may also be submitted in the following formats: Adobe InDesign, Adobe pdf, WordPerfect or Microsoft Word. Submission in pdf is perferred in a resolution of 600 dots per inch (dpi) to ensure that your ad is of the highest quality. If this high resolution can not be obtained then please submit your pdf with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

Groups which may want to place an ad in the Conference Program include:

  • Local Chicago Businesses: advertise your products and services to over 1,200 students gathered in Chicago for a major, four day conference.
